How long will my order take to arrive?

It depends on your location, but we use USPS Flat Rate boxes, which usually take 3-5 business days at most. We can provide you with a tracking number should that be preferential for you.

Can you do custom orders?

Short answer - yes. Long answer: probably, but it depends on Ed’s availability, the complexity of the order, etc. Just shoot us a message! We’ll try and work out the details with you personally. It’s just us here.

Where do you source your leather from?

A number of different individual purveyors - I develop close and personal business relationships with my hide providers, and I only buy the best quality available to me, which changes depending on the availability. Then, I go down into my shop and make this stuff by hand - Ed.

Something broke - can you fix it?

Yes, absolutely, and we will take care of that at no charge to you. Just send us a message and we will answer you as quickly as we can to resolve the problem. We’re just a mom & pop shop (literally), so trust us when we say that we’ll take care of you.
